The client is a global leader in computer peripheral products. They were planning to roll out a new portable Bluetooth speaker for young consumers with interesting tech specs. However, before the launch, several common code defects were detected.
The client didn’t have a well-organized QA practice in place to keep track of so many last minute defects, with further limitations in qualifying parallel defects. Adding to the problem were lack of documentation and duplication in test cases.
