The client is a division of a leading telecommunication and media solution company based in the USA, providing home automation and security solutions.

eInfochips has been engaged with the client for the past 10 years and has developed an end-to-end IoT platform for home automation. We have integrated 80+ devices and peripherals along with web portals and end-user mobile applications development.

The client started facing scalability, performance, and cost issues due to the legacy architecture. The client also needed to do operator-specific deployments leading to higher release cycle time. The client was not able to seamlessly integrate with other digital home stacks and providers. eInfochips applied its proprietary Cloud Migration Assessment framework and helped the client come up with a clear plan for AWS migration. eInfochips’ team conducted migration suitability analysis and technical evaluation on 80+ attributes like infrastructure, application priority, workloads, security, etc. As a result, the client was able to accelerate the AWS cloud transformation of the home automation IoT platform.
