Executive Summary
The client is a pioneering technology leader that works closely with utilities, industry, transportation, and infrastructure customers to enable solutions for industrial digitalization. The client had multiple power meter variants based on the ST Microelectronics STM32F4 controller that was nearing end-of-life. The client wanted to re-engineer the existing power meter design to extend the product lifecycle with an additional feature set and make it durable and cost-efficient at the same time. eInfochips took complete responsibility for the product re-design and development. Leveraging access to the product roadmap and the Arrow supply chain, eInfochips proposed a solution that extended the life cycle by five years.
